Our Return Policy is 30 days on eligible items. To be eligible for a Return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges are offered for items that are defective or damaged due to mailling. Any customized orders are non refundable. If 30 days has expired since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to except your return. We have the right to deny and refunds that do not comply with this policy. I want to say thank you to Heather from Valeria's Design. I asked for some custom jewelry and when I say she has the best ideas, she customized me a bracelet with an attached ring that I wore to a wedding and it fit perfect. It didn't take long either I was fitted next day and my bracelet was ready for pick up the day after. I spent $80.00 and I constantly get compliments. Thank you again.
